CCD Alignment System with UVW Platform Micro-Adjustment for Precise Registration
1. Equipped with a CCD alignment system, the device automatically captures images of any pattern or hole position. The central control system autonomously calculates the deviation, and then the UVW platform, driven by high-precision motors and lead screws, performs micro-adjustments in the X/Y/θ directions to ensure positional error within ±0.02mm.
2. Each machine is equipped with a frame micro-adjustment handle. The alignment time for changing the stencil takes only 5-10 minutes, offering a simple and efficient process that prevents production delays.
3. The printing platform's flatness reaches ±0.08mm, with a one-piece cast aluminum structure, ensuring strong printing uniformity.


Stable Control Device for Off-Network Speed, No Residual Ink and No Deformation
1. The stencil lifting and squeegee speed are independently controlled by a frequency conversion drive system, allowing for separate speed adjustments based on printing requirements, offering flexible adaptation to different complexities of circuit patterns and character demands.
2. The squeegee and doctor blade use a separate precision pressure control system, allowing for flexible adjustment of the ink pressure and angle.
3. The precision pressure valve controls the instantaneous off-network action, ensuring the printing results are free from residual ink and deformation.
Fully Automated Printing Mode, Fast and Seamless Operation
The stencil frame waits in the center position during the printing interval, shortening the motion travel, and increasing the printing speed to 6-10 boards per minute. It is also equipped with multiple safety protections to ensure operator safety.
