The MD-6900 machine is our company’s second-generation horizontal one-piece plug-in machine, independently developed and manufactured to meet the evolving demands of the PCB assembly industry. Designed to insert a variety of 52mm tape-mounted components onto PCB boards, it operates in sequence based on programmed software instructions, ensuring accurate and consistent placement. The machine utilizes a lead-cutting inward bending fixation method, which guarantees secure component fixation. With its advanced technology, the MD-6900 offers exceptional speed, high precision, and outstanding performance, significantly boosting production efficiency. This machine is ideal for mass production environments, optimizing both time and cost.

    Fast Feeding System

    The feeding mechanism and insertion gripper on our horizontal plug-in machine are strategically positioned horizontally above the PCB, allowing for smooth and efficient component handling. By utilizing the rapid movement of chain clips, the system facilitates fast and accurate feeding, which reduces production cycle time significantly and boosts overall production efficiency.

    Flexible and Precise Motion PCB Fixation Platform

    The fixed PCB platform can move along the X, Y, and Z axes and also rotate within a 360° range along the Z axis.

    The industrial-grade high-definition camera and self-developed visual calibration software form a vision system, which quickly and automatically corrects the deviation between the PCB hole positions and the coordinates entered in the programming. This ensures precise insertion and greatly improves programming efficiency.

    Component Lead Bending Function and Missing Component Detection

    After inserting electronic components onto the PCB, specific tooling can be customized according to customer requirements to bend the component leads in any direction.

    In the case of missing components, the system can detect the missing part and is equipped with a re-insertion function.
