The machine is specifically designed for guide hole drilling on single- and double-sided PCBs, featuring high-resolution CCD auto-targeting, full-board automatic positioning, and one-pass burr-free drilling. It also supports automatic handling of damaged fiducials. With its positive/negative film recognition mode, it can adapt to various board materials and fiducial types. A drill bit life warning system ensures consistent drilling quality, while the built-in data storage and management function allows users to retrieve production parameters anytime. Adjustable suction cups provide stable handling even for boards of different sizes or with slight warpage.

To meet diverse production needs, the machine is available in Semi-Automatic, High-Efficiency, and High-Precision models, with customizable Chinese/English interfaces, serving a wide range of global users.

High-Resolution CCD Camera Auto-Targeting

The high-speed linear guide motion platform drives the X and Y axes rapidly, equipped with a 768×576 Pixels High-Resolution CCD Camera that easily locks onto any fiducial type. With MeiDing’s proprietary parsing software, the system can identify all fiducials in less than 0.5 seconds, ensuring fast and accurate positioning.

One-Pass Full-Area Drilling — Burr-Free, No Rework

Powered by high-precision screw drive and a 60,000 RPM spindle, the machine achieves a drilling rate of 70–80 holes per minute. Both target recognition and drilling operations are completed within 0.5 seconds. Depending on board precision requirements, users may select between pneumatic drilling and motor-driven drilling modules, ensuring flexibility across various applications.

Dual-Sided Dust Collection for a Clean Surface

Optional top/bottom dust collection modules and an independent collection system ensure a debris-free table surface. Paired with a flat granite worktable, this design prevents board scratches and guarantees a clean, smooth working environment.
