Six CCD Solder Mask Screen Printers in Full Line, Monthly Output Exceeds 200,000 m²
Project Overview
A fully automated PCB solder mask printing line, consisting of six CCD screen printers by Meiding, has been successfully put into operation. Designed for rigid PCB applications, the line delivers stable performance with a monthly capacity exceeding 200,000 m², significantly improving production efficiency and consistency.
High-Precision CCD Alignment (±0.02 mm)
Equipped with a CCD vision system, the machine captures any pattern or hole position and automatically calculates offset values.
With a precision-driven UVW platform, fine adjustments in X/Y/θ directions ensure alignment accuracy within ±0.02 mm.
No pin fixture is required—any pattern can be used as a target, offering greater flexibility and faster changeover.
Stable Printing System
The inverter-driven system independently controls screen lifting and squeegee speed, allowing flexible adjustment based on process needs.
Separate pressure control for squeegee and flood bar, combined with frame fine-tuning, ensures uniform ink distribution and sharp print quality.
Fully Automated Line Integration
The line is integrated with Meiding’s self-developed transfer units and conveyor system, enabling seamless connection with tunnel ovens for fully automatic operation.
Optimized motion design shortens travel distance, achieving a printing speed of 6–10 panels per minute.
Versatile Applications
Suitable not only for solder mask printing, but also for legend and carbon pad processes.
Compatible with thermosetting, photoimageable, and UV-curable inks, meeting diverse production requirements.
Driving PCB Manufacturing Efficiency
Meiding continues to provide efficient and reliable automation solutions, helping PCB manufacturers upgrade both productivity and quality.
