    Flexible Setup of Insertion Gripper Quantity and Position

    1.Our vertical insertion machine can be configured with multiple insertion grippers and a variety of gripper types according to the customer's actual production needs.

    2. It also allows for the configuration and setting of a corresponding number of material supply belts, maximizing the fulfillment of customer production demands and optimizing the factory layout.

    3. The PCB positioning platform is driven by a servo motor, which allows for movement along the X, Y, and Z axes and rotation within a 0–360° angle range, providing faster and more precise response.

    Intelligent Track Conveyor Board Delivery System

    1.All vertical insertion machines can realize automatic or manual board placement functions.

    2.The automatic board placement function allows for the timely transfer of PCBs based on the production status, reducing waiting time.
